Help with PSU selection - so confused

Thanks for the help. I narrowed it down to those because of the relative good deals and decent name (except for Cooler Master?). I know Corsair usually make nice stuff, but I question the "low-end" unit like the 400CX.

anything else I should be looking at under $100 for a 600-700W PSU?
