Help with PSU and Mobo - No power

I just picked up an Antec SX830 case and have recently completed installing all the parts. However, when I connect the power cord to the case and then to the outlet, as well as the connector to the MOBO, nothing happens. No fans, no POST, nada. If I jumper the green wire and a black wire from the power supply connector, the 12 V fans run fine.

Any ideas or suggestions.

try reversing the power plug pins from the case to the MOBO. That happened on my P3b-f, and it was cuz I have the pins plugged in the wrong way.
