Help with PS3 drive

Okay, so today I'm itching t play some Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, so I go to my PS3, pop out my King of the Hill DVD, and put in my game and it won't start. I shout "dammit" and pressed the eject button. It won't eject. It's holding my game hostage. I pressed eject many, many times and tried turning it off and on and pressing the eject button. Right now, it's turned off and taken away from the space where it is right now (it's enclosed except for the front) to make sure it's not overheating. Can someone help me get my game out?

Uh, how about calling Sony?
...You're joking, right? The last time I've called customer service/tech support I was on hold for an hour and connected to a guy who barely knew English and knew even less about the product I was needing help for.

Well your only option is send it in to Sony or open the system yourself and hope the game is just jammed and the drive hasn't crapped. Can you hear the drive working when you hit eject?

is this tech support in general, or Sony's tech support?
I've called Sony's tech support for the PS3 before (was an idiot when i first got the system, can't remember what the issue was), and it was a normal, English speaking guy. And I got right through with no waiting, or if there was waiting it was minimal.

edit:
and if you haven't, try a software eject: in the XMB, hover over the game icon, and press triangle. iirc that's the eject button, if not it's the button that lists the options of what to do and you can select eject from there. come to think of it, pretty sure it's the latter. so press triangle and choose eject. see if anything happens.
if it works, then pop the disc back in and try it again, and try other discs too. reason I say this, is to make sure the eject touch key on the system itself isn't busted. if it is, you'll want to return the system to sony.
