help with profile signature

Greetins, I edited my signature and got it all sorts of messed up. I am trying to get a clickable link, with text describing the long link. Currently I have

I dont know what I did wrong. Can someone help me please?

Just quote me and you'll see what you need to copy to display a link to your heatware, modify text as needed.
