Help with Powersupply for new system

My current system is a running off of a PCP&C ATX400 PS, that has been great for me! I currently run:

P4 2.26Ghz CPU
512MB RDRAM
NEC DVD-r/rw
Liteon CD-RW
4 Hard drives (200GB, 250GB, 80GB, 80GB (RAID)
Floppy
6 Fans (80mm) usually on low
Radeon 9800PRO 128
Audigy Gamer+

I'm moving to a new system and I want to bring along the PS.

New Specs:
AMD64 Venice 3200+ (overclocked)
2GB DDR400
5 Harddrives, 4 in RAID and one stand alone
Zalman cooler 7700cu
DVD RW from old system
CD RW from old system
(5) 120mm fans
ATI X800XL or 7800GTX

questions:

1) do I need a different PS for connections or voltages?
2) do I have enough power?
3) If I need something new, what should I get that's nice a quiet and won't break the bank.

thanks

1. You're new MB may/may not require a 24 pin ATX connector, aka ATX 2.0 PSU. I?m assuming you?re current PCP&C is 20 pin (mine is).

2. You have more then enough power, and one of the best PSUs made.

3. Even if the board has a 24 pin ATX connector it may not be necessary. Unless you're new board requires it stick with the PSU you have.
