Help with Power Point presentation on TV

I have a Power Point presentation I want to display on TV, but it looks terrible, its looks great on a Monitor. I am using the TV out (S-Video) of a GF4 MX which is converted to coaxial so that it plugs into the regular cable connector on the TV. I have seen presentations displayed on TV?s that look just as good as on a monitor. What adapter is used? Would something like a WinTV-PVR from Hauppauge do this? Its going to go into the Cable feed so that all TV?s at this location can view this presentation by switching to channel 49 (or whatever channel BH gives me). Is there a setting on the GF4 what will allow the TV to look good even if it looks bad on the monitor? Any help would be greatly appreciated, since this has already taken way more time than it should of.
