My motherboard blew and I need a new rig I am going to get a A64 3000 and a Abit AV8 with a budget around $250 and $270. I will accept suggestions but only socket 939 please. Also will a Vantec ION2 350W run this rig.
 
Are you asking because you already have a Vantec IO2 350W?

I would say that typically that Vantec is enough for that setup. AMD64's don't require all too much juice and it's not like you'll be using a PCI Express video card anytime soon....
