Help with port forwarding on US robotics Router

http://pics.bbzzdd.com/users/Sdiver2489/untitled.JPG

This is what it asks me to enter. I want to open ports 6881 to 6889 for bittorrent. Right now, bittorrent will connect to peers and such but because it doesn't upload, my max download rate is 3 KB/s at its highest.

What do I need to enter Lan IP and Lan port range?

And added note: I have tried turning off the router firewall to see if that works and it does not. I can read the routers security log and it still blocks a ton of incoming requests with it off

depending on the client you might only have one actual internal port that is needed. the other ports are for hooking on to other trackers, and the proggie does that for you anyway

-TCP/UDP
Wan range: 6881 - 6999
local ip: the private ip address of the machine running bittorrent. in your case it might be 192.168.1.x, where you replacex with the host address assigned to that pc, where as mine is 172.16.7.x
lan port is 6881, which you should set you client to use

<---uses azeurus and it works liek a charm.
<--currently getting 200KB/s and VoIP performance is flawless

<--QoS fiend:evil:
