your dell BIOS does not have an option to change FSB settings. too bad. if you want, buy a new mobo and sell your dell one online.

DON'T buy a new Mobo I just bought a P3V4X to replace my dell mobo and after installing everyhing found that the on/off switch and reset switch wouldn't connect to my motherboard. You could cut them appart, but that would be a bit hard. the other option is to buy a new case. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news, just don't want you to get screwed like I did. The thing that pissed me off was a dell technical service person told me that there wouldn't be a problem with the on/off switch! oh well I'm ranting now sorry.
