help with picking a new gaming pc

Heya, im looking to get my 1st gaming pc

My Budget is £300 - £500
I'll be useing my pc for high end gaming
I dont no much about overclocking but have been told its better for my budget so i think its a good idea i include this in what i want.
i only need the tower (no monitor, keyboad etc)
i also need an oparationl system windows 7 or 8?? if there good for gaming
