Help with overclocking

I was hoping somebody could give me some stable settings for oc'ing my 'puter.

I currently have an NF7s v2 mobo, athlon xp 3200 barton, 1 gig of corsair 3200 val ram. I was looking for someone who could walk me through it a little bit. I have done some experimenting but I believe I need to talk to someone with a little more experience at it than I currently possess. I was also wondering about voltages, memory timings, etc.
