Help with overclocking Pentium D 930...

I have it clocked at 3750 Mhz now. The multiplier i set to 15 and the fsb is at 250. The motherboard I am using is a Gigabyte 965P-DS3 rev. 1. It says the RAM is at 3:4, 333 Mhz, and 5-5-5-15 timing. The core voltage is at 1.296. The RAM is Corsair 5400C4-667. It is running at 1.8v. The CPU temp is between 50-54C. This has not changed much at all. Stock was a few degrees lower. I am running a Arctic Freezer 7 on the CPU.
 
My best guess that nobody is overclocking these chips anymore, as the C2D's have been out for over a year. I had a couple of these D'd, but sold them a year ago, and I can't remember much about OC'ing, except I had mine to 3.5 I was hot as heck, and I dumped them as soon as I could.
 
Well...you have a cpu that is already 25% overclocked, which isn't bad for those old furnaces. What more do you want/need/expect?

And you didn't ask any questions...

EDIT: Now, if you really want a performance increase, pick up an e2180 ($75 at ClubIT) and you can probably hit 3GHz with your current setup. Let me tell you, 3GHz with a C2D chip is lots faster than 3.75GHz with a Netburst chip.

Yeah, that is a great advice since your motherboard supports these cpus. It will run cooler, faster and will overclock like a beast.
 
I guess I was just trying to squeeze all I could out of my old chip. It performs pretty well. I am getting around 5500 points on PCMark. What would I get with a E2180?
 
Check out the Pentium D 9xx prices on ebay -- I bet you could get close to $100 for your CPU. Not bad when a new e2160 is around $70.
