Hi guys,

I have ASUS X99 Deluxe II with 0610 BIOS. When I use the CPU tuning app included in the BIOS I am getting about 3.8GHz. Can somebody give me instructions on what to tweak in the BIOS to get to 4.2-4.3GHz range?
CPU is water cooled, so it should be no problem at all.

Also, for for the RAM I got 64GB (8x8) of G.Skill DDR4-3200 CL 15-15-15-35 1.35V XMP 2.0 ready. How should I set it up in the BIOS to get out best of it?
I have just chosen the XMP 3200 profile in the BIOS, but should I also change something else?

Your reply will be appreciated.
Thanks!

before you do anything...
i would highly recommend you purchasing a tuning warrenty here:
https://click.intel.com/tuningplan/

because if you dont know how to properly overclock that processor, i have a feeling u will be filing a claim due to over volting it too much thinking its OK.

And incase ur wondering why no one is answering your thread, its because no one wants to take responsibility of cooking your 1700 dollar chip by giving poor advice.

Lastly, an AIO is NOT a true watercooling setup which i think you believe it to be from your thread in cases and cooling.

So at best your on PAR with a high quality air heat sink, and not a true watercooling setup which costs upwards of 500 dollars to setup.

But anyhow good luck on that chip, the best i am predicting you will get is 3.8-4.2 with safe voltages, and anything above that will be asking for it unless your on a true watercooled setup.

EXCELLENT suggestion on the Intel tuning plan aigomorla. I have purchased that for my 3770k, 3930k, 4790k and 5960x.

If I was spending @$1740 for a cpu $50 more to protect it by Intel is well worth it.

Your mention of purchasing the plan yourself, only works as an argument if you actually have replaced at least one of the CPUs you listed.

The replacement and activation process sounds rather complicated, along with the 30 day waiting period.

I replaced my Corsair H100i v2 with my old good Noctua NH-D15, because of the noise it was making. Right now I have just one core at 4283 MHz and all others at 3875. Everything works great.
