I installed ME and have had no problems running at the same high FSB speeds as before. I do however have a weird problem with my netword card (netgear fa310tx) in ME when the FSB speed is set to 112mhz then my network card although still working, transferrs very slowly. If i use Soft FSB and reduce the bus speed to say 103mhz or 100mhz then the network card speeds up again. So it would appear at first glance that the high PCI speed of 37.333mhz is causing problems, but when i attain a PCI speed of 37.5 using a 75mhz bus speed the card still functions normally aka high speed transfers. I dont know what would be causing this problem seeing as the PCI speed is high in both of instances and yet one work and one does not.

I am running ME on a Abit BH6 with a celeron II 533 @ 896. I have one stick of generic 128MB PC-100 that will do 124mhz @ 2-2-2 and another of 128MB micron PC-133 thats 2-2-2 but i dont believe these to be the problem because i used to run win98se and this was never an issue before. I would really appreciate any help with this issue ive tried all i can think of so far short of getting a new network card so im open to ideas. Could it be a timing issue with NIC cards and win ME? or a driver issue with win ME?
