Help with Outlook 2013 double spacing '

Got new computer at work and here is the issue. Outlook 2013

Example of correct abbreviation:
It's raining today.

Exmaple of the issue I am having:
It' s raining today.

I am having difficulty finding out why this is autocorrecting incorrectly.
 
None of the suggestions worked. Ended up changing the font completely. That fixed it. Some of the fonts are flawed as some do it and some don't.
