Help with Old System

I recently donated an old system to my Mom and it freezes either during playback or 5 or so minutes after playback of any sort of visual media, be it Milkdrop in Winamp or an mpeg in Windows Media.

The whole system was one I ran awhile back w/o issue : FIC az11, Crucial ram (don't know which specifically but I tested it already) and a friend's 1ghz tbird. The processor is the only part idfferent from when I ran it but I don't know how that could be the issue . . . well I don't know what the issue is at all soo . . .

All help is greatly apreciated.
