Help with OCZ memory overclocking!

OK, I know many of you hate OCZ and you might flame me but I don't care. Now, whenever I try to set the memory timings over 2-3-3-11 the system gives HDD errors and restarts. It does this all the way up to 2.9v (highest mobo can go) but it still crashes.

Abit NF7-S with BIOS 23
Athlon XP 3200+
512MB OCZ Performance PC3200 Memory
Maxtor DiamondMax 9+ SATA

Whats the memory rated at timings wise at 200mhz? Those timings are pretty tight to start off with.

2-3-3-6 🙁

I tried lowering the timings with a tRAS of 6 but it didn't help.

Well, Id be concerned that your memory wont do what its rated to do at the rated speed but 11 is faster than 6 in the case of most (all?) Nforce2 boards.

You could complain to OCZ and see what they say.

I think I might. I actually don't care but my computer is averaging 33% of a SETI WU an hour instead of the 45% it used to be doing and I'm trying to find out what's up. 🙂
