help with oblivion

so, i ran outside one day, and then i suddenly died. so, i realized i was a vampire. its ok, as long as i suck blood, but people dont like me its annoying. i started the quest that gives the cure for vampirism, but its soooo long and annoying, and i dont want to waste my time doing this. is there a cheat that removes vampirism, or is there a way i can spawn all the items that witch wants so i can get the cure?
