help with notebook/laptop backpacks?

Howdy,

does anyone know of a good laptop/notebook backpack that can be purchased? I've looked around at quite a few, including the Dell one, and the Targus matrix here but they all seem to lack something very important.

A while ago I bought a backpack for travelling that had all the padding needed, plus it had two aluminum rods on the backpacks inside so that the bag would not bend and you would maintain good posture with distributing the weight.

I was thinking that the aluminum rods would be a good idea to keep the notebook safe from the chance of it being bent, or having pressure applied to it.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for a notebook backpack that has what I mentioned?

I got this at staples, its not on their website though. It has a laptop conpartment and the back supports you mentioned. It was 34.99 plus tax

I looked at everyone available at the common stores and decided on the Matrix as well.

I saw one with the aluminum rods, right next to the lappy compartment, and did not like the idea of something so hard right next to the unit.

I love mine personaly, it will hold my Sager and a full size drive enclosure with my 200gig plus power bricks, notebook, cd's, etc.

So cool..

🙂
