my girlfriend has a nokia 6682 and she said she was trying to reset passwords and she said she deactivated her sim card didnt know this was possible...looked this up online "PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code entered incorrectly a number of times. This code is used to protect your phone from unauthorized access and if multiple attempts at entering the PUK code occur, the SIM card will become inactive for your protection and it will be necessary to obtain a new SIM card from your service provider. " any advice of help with maybe a hard reset or is she sim card trashed?
