Hello, I just installed the GLOBAL WIN FOP 32 on my ABIT slocket with a Celeron 566 behind it and it is just annoyingly loud. Much louder than my combined 4 fans and dual heatsink on my celeron 300a oc'd @ 450mhz. Anybody know how to quiet it down???
 
Put a 25ohm/3w Rheostat(buy at Radio Shack) inline with the 12v lead coming
from header going 2 fan. You can still monitor it, will drop speed by ~1000RPMs & of course is adjustable... 😀
