Help with Nlite, what do I do with the ISO WinRAR file?

Hey guys, I'm new to doing this stuff and burning apps. Don't know much about ISOs. I would really like to have a Bootable Windows XP CD with SP2 on it already and un-attended install. I tried to do this last night. When I saw the end result ISO, I extraced everything to a folder and burnt that folder to a CD. Is that what I was suppose to do? I tried booting from it and it didn't work. Any help on this guys is greatly appreciated

Are you using Nero? If so you open Nero, Cancel the wizard screen, on the recorder drop down select Burn Image. On the resulting window select the ISO image you created. Then burn away... Other burning programs may differ but do not extract the files from the ISO image if you want it bootable.
