Im getting really low score on my 3dmarks2001 around 7-8 thousand max ;(

My system is 2.4amd clock at 2.0

512 generic memorycard I bought from pricewatch for 45 bucks

3 year old Msi board that is 4 agp and runs on 133 bus;(

My case is 350 w power supply by duramax

My video card is a Gforce 6800 256mb LE evga I bought recently. I dont 3 test so far and i cant seem to break away from 8 thousand max score.

I tried the 3d2005 test and I went past the first Round of testing then like the second round of testing with full stuff i only get 1 frame;(

Is this normal for computer?

My temp for the v card is 53 degrees too. Everything runs great, I played it nonstop for 30-40 hours this weekend(game and bits torrent) to test stability and its was great no temp change of anything just smooth playing. But it just lacks the scoring power of those 3dmark. I use 61.82 Nvidia drivers becasue it gave me a 1,000 boost performance over the 61.81 drivers.

Please help with any comments or suggestion to what I need to get a higer score on these test 3d program.:(

well the 3dmark05 test that gets 0-1 fps is trying to test your CPU. Most everybody gets a couple of frames here so don't sweat it. Just post your final score.

And dood that is one hell of a bottleneck in your system with the cpu, mobo, and ram. 3dmark01 tests your whole system (not just gpu) so you aren't going to get as high scores as some others here but still 8000 seems very low.

8,000 seems better then 3,000 5600Fx.. But yeah Thats what i'm thinking. My score sucks;( I'll go do the 3d2005 score and report back.

Is there anyway to overclock this card if my computer parts are this ancient ?
