Help With New Graphics Card's PSU?

Hey guys, I was planning on picking up a 7870 or a 7950 soon, but my PSU is making me nervous. I have a HP computer, with 600w power supply. I know this is more than enough watts for the cards, but I'm not sure about voltages/efficiency or anything like that. (I know nothing about power supplies). The power supply is made by Delta, and is apparently high efficiency according to what it says on it. (I'm guessing that doesn't mean much). Any ideas on if this will be able to handle the 7870/7950 without any problems?

I know this isn't the best PSU, but I can't replace it, as that would void the warranty. Would it in any way potentially damage the card?

are you really worried about the warranty? if not get the antec neo eco 520

You can always place the PSU back if you need to warranty it, unless it's sticker sealed.

Your first rail can deliver 190W... more than enough for a 7870 or a 7950 stock. The second rail delivers 216W. P=VI. You should be fine, just make sure the GPU is being fed on its own cable that's not shared with anything else. I believe the 7950 draws 130W and the 7870 draws 100W, so even your lowest rail can power a 7870 (http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/amd_radeon_hd_7850_and_7870_review,7.html).
