Help with new domain

I have been using a web server for a while now with host.no-ip.com. I just recently regisitered my own domain name with domain monger.
I signed up for zoneedit.com and set the name servers at domain monger to those provided by zoneedit.
Then at zoneedit I set the domain name to the IP address of the web server I have been using.

I can't connect to the server through my new domain name. Am I missing something?
