Help with new build P5B deluxe

My new box will have:
Asus P5B deluxe
E6600
Crucial Ballistix 2x1GB PC2 5300 Cl3
PC Power And Cooling 610EPS 12v
Lian Li PC-60B PlusII
WD 320G SE16 SATS2
Plextor PX755sa
Video-?
XP home

Will be used for Photoshop and light gaming. Maybe a little OCing.

1 Will I need to set the voltage to the ram to 2.2 first thing?
2 Is the stock HSand F ok to do a little OCing or what shoud I go with?
3 What's a good $200 video card?
4 Which bios should I go with to start?
5 My PS has a 4 pin and an 8 pin connecter plus the 24 pin connecter, do I use the 8 pin or 4 to the MB

1. Would be a good idea
2. It's okay for light OCing, but you'd be better off looking at a Tuniq Tower, Scythe's various coolers, TT Big Typhoons, Zalman 9500/9700s, etc.
3. X1950 Pro
4. The latest, or at least 0711.
5. Just use the 4-pin, as you'll see there's a cap on the second set of 4 pins.
