HELP with network install. URGENT

I tried to install XP over a network. I get to the point where it says the MS-dos portion of this installation has completed and it asks me to restart, but when i do all i get is a blinking cursor. Any ideas anyone?

 
you're doing winnt32.exe?

if so are you need the switch: /Makelocalsource

this copies installation source files to your local hard disk
