my brother told me to post my problems here, so here goes...
nero (ver 4.0.7.5) will not detect my new plextor 12x10x32x CDRW drive. i recently had to reinstall nero b/c it got deleted. before that, the drive worked fine. i go to device manager and it says the drive is working fine. i can rip cds and do everything, but nero says it's not there. HELP!!! i need to burn cds for backup and the holidays.
one more problem...whenever i boot up, it says, "would you like to run drivespace 3 now?" but i cant figure out how to delete it. its not in startup or anywhere i can find. i think a family member ran it on my mp3 drive and it deleted 35+GB of info. THAT SUCKED. how can i get it to go away and die?
btw, plz reply to skiierguy4@hotmail.com with help instead of posting here. i never check these boards (this is my 1st post). i check mail about twice a day, so i'll hope to get some help in the AM.
