Help with NATA Super 300W ATX Full Tower Case!!! plz

hehe, I bought a Apex case for 10 bucks from a friend but know I don't have a clue how to get the expansion slots off the back, i'm use to the kind with screw 🙂 but these looks like their is a piece of metal wielded to it 🙁

Just pop them out. Use some force,maybe a rubber hammer and chisel. They do come out. Mine is similar.
