Help with my sound card

I just install Win 2k on my computer. My sound doesn't seem to work that well, the sound shuts off when i play starcraft. I have a Turtle Beach 128. And i can't get surround sound for my speakers i have a altec lansing 495. Can someone help me to find the right driver for it?
