help with my monitor

941bw samsung syncmaster 19" LCD widescreen 1440x900 75hz 4ms.

recently i hooked it up and it worked fine i ran it DVI to my 6600GT then it started to only boot with analog showing then switch digital on desktop... so now my DVI wont show video until my PC boots to desktop. how can I fix this? i heard you needed 2 digital and 1 analog driver but when i install them it just does 1 analog.

A refresh rate of 75 hz is not correct for an LCD. It must be 60 hz to work properly.

I set it to 60hz problem still preceeds. I even formatted and reinstalleed drivers... how do i install 3 drivers?
