ok, i got a Viewsonic Professional Series PF775b monitor(its a crt). It's been doing this for a while. The whole image that gets put on the monitor, while clear and beautiful, jumps up and down, sort of twitching, non-stop!!! Its very annoying when reading text on the monitor, but unnoticeable durring gaming. It is a refubished monitor, and the best thing is i dont remember where i bout it. Advice, can it be fixed, am i kinda screwed?
 
Mine does this on the top and bottom of the screen, occassionally, and when it does, it's minor and doesn't last long at all. I have a NEC FE991SB.
