Help! My audigy never really played true 96 KHz, or 24-bit...everytime i set it that high, i get buzzing sounds n static fuzzy sounds... i have to set it back down to 48Khz! I want 24-bit! I know its an issue with some mother boards, but my mother board doesnt suck that much!
i have a ECS k7S5A with a AMD Athlon Thunderbird 1.4 Ghz...i checked in sisoft sandra about my sound card, and it said the maximum sampling rate is only 16 bit and 44.1 KHz...Did i get ripped off with my audigy?!

Voodoo 3 AGP (also have a Voodoo 5500 PCI) that i use sometimes...but it has issues with sound cards...long story...lol
