I need to see if anyone has an idea why I am having trouble, My wife want to use a Web cam to IM with her Mom but I cant seem to get it to work. It will work with other programs but not MSN IM. When you go to start camera nothing happens no light on cam or feed to computer. She is Using XP pro and the cam is a Ezonics EZUSB 2. Any Ideas would be great.

, Cam will not start but works in other apps.
