help with MSI K7T Turbo and DIMM card

I just bought a new MSI mobo for my system. but it doesnt recognize my 512MB DIMM (made by IBM) in any of the slots. I know the memory works, since it was fine in my last two mobos, but the MSI just cant seem to find it on boot. MSI also recognizes my two other DIMMs (128 and 256MB). Is there anything I can do?? Thats a lot of memory to waste.
