Help with MS Reader

Here os the problem when I try to run Ms reader my computer acts as though it is going to load it and then boom I get the desktop no error message nothing. It is acting as though the program is not even installed( I click the icon, HD Activity then nothing) I have installed this d@mn thing twice now and tried repair install once and I still Can't get it to even load. Any Ideas?
