Help with Motherboard model

Hi there, how are u?

I'd like to get some opinions about which motherboard I need to take. So, my needs are:

_ Some motherboard with memory scalability (up to 128 or 512 GB); (I need some motherboard that to be applied with UDIMM memory, because it is cheapest)
_ Some motherboard with dual processor ( Intel Xeon up to 3.xGHZ); (I need some motherboard that to be applied with some cheap Intel Xeon processor)

I'll need to build my own lab with cloud computing and different applications that needs some considerable memory quota.

In fact, I don't know which motherboard I need to take, so I'd like to get some different opinions about that. Can you give me some help?

Note: My goal isn't to build a workstation to games, only to do a lab with some huge and powerfull applications.
