Help with monitor/tv purchase.

I am looking to purchase a LCD HDTV for use as my main computer monitor. It will also be used as a television occasionally. I am looking for a model with a good response time that will have no ghosting as I plan to play games on it. I am interested in possibly using nvidia 3d with it although that would be for watching movies as I don't currently like the results I have seen for 3d gaming.

I am limited in space and funds for this. I want to keep the price under $500 US dollars if possible. I can afford to go up to $700 for the price if needed. The screen can be no larger than 42 inches in size. I would be happy with any size that is larger than 30 inches. I am interested in 120hz screens if they can use at that refresh rate as a monitor. I am only interested in 1080p screens. I will be running the screen with a pair of Nvidia GTX 570 cards.

What televisions would you recommend?

Thank you for your time,
Rzach

At that price you're not going to get the best quality stuff. Vizio is your best bet in that price range. They make decent products that aren't horrible but not the best. Want to buy at a local store or online?

If you are going to be sitting right infront of it than you really don't want to go that big. It will start looking pixelated. If you are going to be right in front of it than a 32 might even be a little big.

I need a monitor that can also serve as a TV due to limited space. I don't really have a choice in the matter at this point. I will be sitting on the couch about 6 feet away when I use my PC.
