help with monitor geometry

On my samsung sync master 793MB the image is in a baralled shape and the corners does not match the physical corners. When I used the Magictune program the pinbalance options for the 4 corners says unavialable when I clicked on them. Now the image is all round and distorted. The pincushion only adjusts the sides and not the corners. Now this monitor isn't working correctly. Samsung tech support said that it's because of my nvidia drivers that has this function already and automatically disable that of magic tune. But I don't know where the buttons are located.

Hi, Since you are getting no replies I'll jump back in here. The pin cushion adjustment never moves the corners. It move the center right and left in or out to try to make a straight side. Some monitors don't ever make it perfectly. If you end up with the top or bottom narrower then use the Trapezoid adjustment. Hope this helps, Jim

But the top and bottom are already narrow, widening one will only make the other really narrow. Those "corner pinbalance" buttons that says unavailable when clicked were supposed to fix this. And the samsung tech guy kept saying that the new nvidia drivers already have this function somewhere and overwrote that of magictune. Still can't find that yet. Thanks for your replies.
