I'm having a problem with my DSL. Here is my situation: I've been using Mindspring DSL for 2 years now without any problems. I'm using a external Zyxel Prestige 642M-11 modem connected to a Linksys NIC. Everything worked great until I added a D-Link 713P wireless router w/ 3 port switch. I've got 1 computer connected via wireless and the other connected via cable to the router. My problem is this, every once in awhile my router will loose it's connection. When I look at the router log, it says this:

This message will keep repeating itself in the router log indefinately, one time I let it go for 4-5 hours until I intervened. The problem sometimes doesn't happen for a week and sometimes it happens 2 days in a row so I don't see any pattern to it. The way that I've solved it is by rebooting the router and the DSL modem.
I've exchanged the router for the same one and the 2nd one still does this. I have the latest firmware on the router. If I connect the DSL modem to a computer without the router, it also solves the problem. The DSL modem is not losing sync, all the lights remain on when this issue occurs. Now, can anyone give me some help or advice? Could it be the router and DSL modem are having problems communicating, maybe the DSL modem is too old? Or maybe it's a problem between the router and mindspring? Should I try a Linksys wireless router or should I try a different model DSL modem? I have little to no experience in this and would like someone with a little more knowledge to give me advice. Thanks in advance!
