Help with Microsoft Netmeeting

When I am on a call on Netmeeting, whenever someone joins - whether I am hosting or not - my computer beeps. It doesn't come through the headphones I have, it is a system beep.

Anyone have any idea how to turn this off? It's EXTREMELY annoying.

You probably first have to assign a sound first in Sound and Devices. Then you can turn it off.
Thank you very much... that KIND of worked. When we went through the list, all the sounds were turned to (nothing). We tried adding sounds and then turning them off, but that didn't work... we still heard the beep. (I say "we" because it's for my co-worker)

Right now, we turned a sound on (ding.wav), and that at least comes through the headphones, rather than the PC speaker (so we can mute the laptop or not wear the headphones to avoid that noise), but we really don't want a sound to play at all. Does anyone know how to get the sound to not happen at all?
