Need step by step how to fix this. thank you in advance all.
Runtime Error

wow i cant tell if your using a messanger or making a webpage. specify what messanger your using, and if possible post a picture

Make sure whatever you are trying to do isn't being blocked by firewalls.

Aside from that, get all the latest updates for your version of Windows - including the .NET 1.1 update. g/l
