I want to make a simple web and e-mail server , nothing to big i want to use my old p166 64 mb ram system , will this be enough power? also any suggestions on what flavor of linux to use?

I would actually look into RedHat 7 or Slackware. I have a URL that you can buy any flavor of Linux for $2. Let me know if you want it.
