help with logging in

hopefully, someone will read this and offer a solution.


one day i decided to change my email address in my "profile".
i successfully changed it, i even received a confirmation email stating that i had changed my email address.

"You have changed your email address so we are sending a new password. You can
update it in your profile if you wish."

but that is when all of the problems began.

now, i can't seem to login. i keep getting a message stating:

"Your login credentials were invalid."


i have no idea why i can't login. i have tried to login several times, on different days but it doesn't seem to work.


like i mentioned earlier, i have yet to hear anything from anyone about this. i don't know if it is because they have not had time to look into the matter or if i am just being ignored.

the only thing that i could think of doing was to create another account, but i want my old account. i guess that i am sentimental or something. and if a mod happens to read this, i can supply you with all of my account information.

if anyone could offer help i would appreciate it.

Did you receive the new password that was sent when you changed the addy?

yes, it was sent to my new email address.

You made sure you're typing it in correctly? Try clearing cache? Your best bet I think is to pm a mod with a link to this thread and all helpful information.
