Help with lines on TV Card

I have an AVerMedia TVFM98 card I recently bought. It works fine in a small window but when I go to make the TV window to full screen I get these lines across the picture when it is moving, I mean if it is a still picture its fine, but once there is movement on the screen these lines come up and distort the picture. Could someone please help me with this problem. I am running an AMD Athlon 850Mhz system on a KX-133 Motherboard, with 128MB PC-133 RAM, my video card is a Matrox Millennium G400Max.

do a search, as i remember seeign a post that seemed to have the same problem (lines across the picture at full screen). But i can't remember anything else about it sorry 🙁
 
That's what happens when you send a video overlay across the PCI bus. There is *NOTHING* you can do about it.
