Help with Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP?!

I want to be able to transfer video AND audio from some old vhs tapes using this card.
But i don't know what kind of cables i need or how to hook them up. Leadtek's website is pretty worthless, and the manual is unclear. My vcr has audio out and video out, but the cable that came with the card only has one plug that the RCA cables would plug into. Do i need an adapter or something? If so, what is it called?
