Help with LEADTEK WINFAST "DELUXE" TV2000XP

Well i got this card while ago and decided to install it today
Like many other ppl i was excite since i heard only good things.
Pop the card in and used the CD and it was installing fine until after some activities it would just restart
so then next i deleted all the partical installed stuff and downloaded the latest Driver from Leadtek and reboot

Detected new hardware and this time i used the driver from the site, the latest...
strangly this time it installed fine

However i have no software?

So I pop the CD in and click install and after some activities it reboot again by itself...
so this time i just reinstalled everything from what i got from the Site which is only the driver...

So my question where is the software what i'm suppose to have? the Leadtek Enteratinment thingy...
i can't wait to play PS2 on my computer but i have no software...

by the way my motherboard is Gigabyte 7VAXP incase anyone wants to help me...

I'm having the same problem. I have an ASUS A7V8X. Both our mobos use the KT400 chipset, so I'm thinking that must be the problem....Now to figure out how to fix it......
 
I was missing two Windows Updates and I downloaded and installed the latest VIA 4in1 drivers from their website. It works perfectly now.
