Help with Leadtek GF2 GTS software

I bought a used GF2 GTS from some guy on ebay. No software, just the drivers. I don't quite understand it exactly. I get some stuff added to the display properties sheet, but I don't think it's everything!

When I look at the review on anandtech.com I see all kinds of stuff I didn't get. I didn't get the Speed Runner OC util. nor did I get the taskbar util. Actually there is something in there called quick tweak but it's not the same thing as what was shown on the anandtech review. What the heck? Anyone know where I can get these?

I have a cable modem. If someone wants to email, that would be cool.
