HI all and thanks for taking the time to look. I am trying to get my ram to run at the stated speeds it says on the boc KHX8500D2K2/2G when i check SPD its says its clocked at pc2-6400 so i have to o.c it in bios to get it running@1066. Im using the Asus P5Q Deluxe. so far ive set Dram voltage to 2.2v NB voltage to 1.40 and timings to 5-5-5-15-52-2t but everything else is at auto and not overclocked anything else. any help would ne appreciated so much, its my first try at this and pick it up pretty easy. so if anyone can recommend the bios settings then please do so :)

try loosening up dram timing to 5-5-5-15-72-2T

what CPU are you using? im more interested in the FSB frequency you are running

try adding some voltage to the northbridge. on my p35 board with a great heatsink on the northbridge allowed me to run it as high as 1.525v without a problem.
