Help with Iwill BD100+ Motherboard

Hey all, I have an old Iwill BD 100+ mobo that I got 2 years ago. I wanne do a cheap upgade, CPU and RAM, have currently a P2 400 with 64MB PC 100 RAM. I need to know what I can put in my mobo, P3 up to what Mhz? And can I put PC133 ram in there?
Oh I took a look at the Anandtech review, read it but could not extract the information I needed, maybe I am too stoopid.

The manual says it's an intel 443BX... I'm confused, but going on...
You should be able to use 100 MHz fsb Pentium 3's. Those go up to 850 Mhz, I believe. You'll probably have to flash to the latest BIOS version, available at http://support.iwill.net/bd100plus.htm.

Yes, you can use PC133 RAM although it will only run at PC100 (unless you overclock).
